Wick & Rare currently ships across Canada and the U.S. using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and USPS.

How much is shipping?

Canada: FREE shipping on all orders, no minimums.

United States: Flat-rate tracked shipping is $14 CAD per order.

Other Countries: Calculated during checkout.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–8 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: shipping timelines may vary during high-demand drops or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees to the USA and International are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via Canada Post with tracking. U.S. orders are sent using Tracked Packet USA or equivalent.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at andrew@wickandrare.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Drop-Based Fulfillment Notice
As a limited-drop brand, some items may ship slightly later due to high demand or production timing. These delays will be noted at checkout when applicable.
