OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Wick & Rare. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wick & Rare. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies linked or referenced.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our site or services.

1. PRODUCT DETAILS & DISCLAIMERS

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in scent strength, color, and appearance may occur. These are not considered defects but part of what makes each piece rare.

Fragrance Ingredients: We use 100% natural fragrance oils and essential oil blends in our candles, free from synthetic additives. However, even natural fragrances can affect individuals differently. If you or someone in your household has scent sensitivities or allergies, please use caution and test in a well-ventilated space.

Wick & Rare is not liable for allergic or sensitivity-related reactions.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. During high-demand drops, processing may take longer. We will communicate any delays at checkout.

Shipping is available across Canada and the U.S., with tracking provided. Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the collectible nature of our limited drops, all sales are final.
We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong product

To request assistance, email andrew@wickandrare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

We accept a limited number of custom or personalized candle requests. Please contact us directly at andrew@wickandrare.com to inquire. Custom order terms, lead times, and pricing will be discussed individually.

5. WEBSITE USAGE

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, product names, and images, is the property of Wick & Rare. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
